§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1 Definitions:
 Ordering party - the participant in the training, the entity enrolling the participant in the training, or the payer of the
training.
 Organizer - TPI Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, ul.
Wal Miedzeszyński 598 (code 03-994), Regon: 008415083, NIP: 5270205140, KRS: 000017385.
 Participant - a person directly benefiting from or referred to the training.
 Form - an application form for the selected Training, provided on the Website
Website, filled out by the Ordering Party in order to enroll in the Training.
 Training and/or Trainings - training, course, webinar organized stationary or remotely in an
open or closed mode, organized by TPI Sp. o.o.
 Consumer - a consumer within the meaning of Article 22 1 of the Act of April 23, 1964 of the Civil Code.
Civil Code (Journal of Laws 1964 No. 16 item 93, as amended) or an entrepreneur who has the rights of a
consumer.
(2) These Regulations (hereinafter: Regulations) define the rules of participation in courses, trainings and
webinars organized by TPI Sp. o.o.
3. the Training Organizer is TPI Sp. o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw.
§2. APPLICATION FOR TRAINING

Application for participation in the Training shall be understood by the Ordering Party by completing the
online form on the website terrasolid.tpi.com.pl.
2. confirmation of the application for the Training is to send a properly completed application form
application form by clicking on the “Submit Application” button. Sending the form in this manner
is tantamount to concluding an agreement with the Organizer for the provision of training services
training services.
(3) The Organizer sends confirmation of the application for the Training to the email address indicated while
completing the form.
(4) The Ordering Party shall make payment on the basis of a “pro forma” invoice sent to the Ordering Party at the
the indicated email address to the bank account and within the period indicated on the sent invoice.
(5) Participation in the Training is determined by the order of applications.
6. the number of places in the Training is limited.

§3. PAYMENT TERMS

1) The price of each Training is specified on the website terrasolid.tpi.com.pl/pricelist.
2. the Participant is obliged to pay 100% of the price of the Training by bank transfer within the period indicated
on the received “pro forma” invoice.
(3) Prices of Training are given in net amounts. The Training is subject to taxation at the rate of 23% VAT.
4 In the event that the Training does not take place on the scheduled date due to the fault of the Organizer,
Organizer will return the amount paid to the bank account indicated by the Ordering Party within
within 7 working days.

§4. CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE TRAINING COURSE

Cost-free cancellation of the reservation of a place on the Training is possible no later than 30 days
before its commencement.
(2) In case of cancellation of the Training at 30 days or less, the Principal is obliged to
pay a fee representing 100% of the price of classes + VAT.
(3) Information on resignation from the Training in writing should be sent by letter or in the
in the form of a scan/photo by e-mail to pmatyjasek@tpi.com.pl.
(4) The orderer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason and
without incurring costs within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The purchaser may
use the withdrawal template provided on the Organizer's website, but it is not
mandatory. In order to effectively withdraw from the contract, the ordering party shall send a statement on
withdraw from the agreement to pmatyjasek@tpi.com.pl.
(5) If the Training is to begin before the deadline for withdrawal,
Ordering Party who is a Consumer agrees to start the Training before the expiry of the withdrawal period

agreement upon its full performance by the Organizer.
(6) In the event of withdrawal from the agreement by the Ordering Party who is a Consumer, he/she is
obliged to pay the cost of that part of the Training in which he participated.

§5. ORGANIZATIONAL NOTES

(1) The Organizer, within the price specified in the price list, shall provide: food during the Training in accordance with the
the offer for a particular Training, licenses for the use of software during the Training, and

(2) The Organizer does not provide computer equipment, transportation to the Training, or food outside the
hours of the Training.
(3) Participants should have their own computer equipment during the Training.
4) Places and dates of the Training are indicated on the website terrasolid.tpi.com.pl.
(5) In the event of fortuitous reasons beyond the control of the Organizer which make it impossible to
conducting the Training at the agreed date and place, the Organizer reserves the right to
change the date and/or place of the Training, of which the participants will be immediately informed.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any costs possibly incurred by the
Ordering Party for costs, e.g. reservation of accommodation, travel tickets, etc.

(7) Training materials given to participants are protected by copyright. Copying
and dissemination of them is prohibited.
8.Recording by the participant of the course of Training, by means of devices or software
recording of sound or image and sound, as well as dissemination of their content is
prohibited.
(9) The Organizer reserves the right to record and take photographs during the Training Course
conducted in an open or remote format.

§6. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. by submitting the application form, the ordering party agrees to the inclusion and processing of
personal data contained in the form by TPI Sp o.o. in accordance with the Regulation of the
European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of
natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data
flow of such data, and the Act of 18.07.2002 on the provision of services by electronic means
electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144 item 1204, as amended) for purposes related to the implementation of the
service. In the case of indicating on the form personal data of the participants of the classes other than the
Ordering Party, the Ordering Party undertakes to obtain the consent of such participants to the
placement and administration of their personal data by TPI Sp. z o.o. to the extent
indicated above.
(2) The administrator of the Ordering Party's personal data is the Organizer.
(3) The Organizer declares that all personal data obtained as a result of the provision of services under the
conclusion of the contract with the Ordering Party, will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of
May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Dz. I. 2018 item 1000, i.e. Dz. U. of 2019.
Item 1781) and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016.

95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter: “the Regulation”).
(4) The Organizer declares that it provides adequate measures for the protection of personal data
ensuring confidentiality of such data, and that access to such data is granted only to persons authorized
by the Organizer.
(5) The Organizer shall process the personal data provided by the Orderer, i.e. name, surname, address
email, telephone number, address of residence, business address, institution data and NIP
in order to execute the contract on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation.
(6) With the express consent of the Ordering Party, the Organizer may process personal data for the purposes of
information and marketing purposes on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation.
(7) The person whose personal data was provided during the execution of the contract shall have the right to
access to the data, rectification, restriction of processing and the right to request deletion of the data
data.
(8) In order to exercise their rights, the Purchaser may contact the Seller via
email address marketing@tpi.com.pl.
(9) The Orderer's personal data will not be transferred to third countries.
(10) Recipients of the Orderer's personal data are entities providing the administrator with services
necessary for the implementation of the contract.
11. personal data of the Ordering Party shall be stored for the duration of the contract, and after the contract is executed
contract - for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations imposed on the
Organizer.

§7. CONSENT TO USE OF IMAGE

The Ordering Party, by taking part in the Training, agrees to gratuitously record his/her image and
use it to promote the event through publication on social media profiles
run by the Organizer, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as on other industry websites

(2) Consent to the publication of the participant's image taken during the Training is perpetual.

§8. FINAL PROVISIONS

(1) The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations.
